Symbols
and sanctuaries, exotic sites and aromatic smells, sanctities and serendipity,
synchronicity and fire. Clanging are the voices and bellowing are the
words of the weeping prognosticators who warn of futures born. What
is discernment in a place we see as war?
What is freedom in a place where we fear the wild? What is life where
the end comes in killing and death is portrayed as a doorway to unending
joy and wisdom? Past and present for much of the world can see is now
to the knowing of even our children’s dreams.
So
what of our nature, our planets and our stars that we can learn now
when we see them from both here and afar?
Pitting
war against ritual and beauty against love, perhaps there's more to
living and expression than knowledge, history and the facades of self
control. Echo’s of primordial fancies continue to ring of hope
in the births of natures children that never say farewell.
So
what are the (Is) and (Ys) of tomorrow in these notions of the now,
put here long before us from beyond the need to know how near and how
far? Once there was a question if only to recall that has led many so
far astray from the meaning of the wind or the feeling of a simple smile.
For
animals are people too and clouds speak of many tomorrows and orange
blossoms and giraffes of joy that only the eyes of children and monkeys
can dream and allow them selves to see. Earth is an animal planet and
everything here reflects our joy and our pain and ancient journeys through
outer space as we swirl through the heavens in a place we call our home,
our own spaceship Earth and a place for our souls to remember our travels
from here to kingdom come.
